Using OPPER, the operator  AIMIRIM's virtual office, to increase the efficiency of an industrial boiler. This boiler is used in agribusiness (soybeans) and is the heart of the company. With the use of OPPER, it was possible to reduce chip consumption by approximately 8%, which represents a great financial gain in operating costs and a great reduction in environmental impact. A consumption reduction of approximately 223 tons of chips per month (equivalent to 1486 trees). With this innovative technology from AIMIRIM, industrial boiler operators were able to focus on other plant issues, which also helps to reduce maintenance costs. The whole factory is better taken care of and the yield is much higher. The quality of the steam generated and used in other parts of the plant increases, as it makes the operation more stable.
